Vermutlich jeder PHP-Programmierer hat sie schon gesehen, die User Contributed Notes im PHP Handbuch.

Mit phpWebNotes kann man exakt das gleiche System nun auch auf der eigenen Website für die Besucher zur Verfügung stellen (PHP und MySQL vorausgesetzt).

A simple way to allow users to contribute their comments to any document. We would like to see this used in particular for HOW-TO, help files, and online documentation.
